The Berkeley offers (7) bedrooms, (3)full bathrooms , (2)half bathrooms, living room, sun room, dining room, family room , beautiful chefs kitchen, & finished basement. 4K smart projector available. Perfect for movie nights or slide shows. (2) outdoor patios, huge backyard and grill. free parking *space in the driveway *Covered driveway is not accessible to guest and cannot be blocked. Guest must leave space for cars to get in and out of driveway. The Area: The property is located in the beautiful and Historical Seven Oaks section of Orange, just minutes away from Greater New York City and (17 minutes) Newark Airport, among many other world-class destinations in the NYC and NJ Metropolitan area. Has living room, sun room , Dining room, family room & kitchen. Floor 2: 3bedroom and 2 bath. One room is not occupied but is locked and not for guest use. Floor 3: 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. *Basement: 1 bed and lounge area . Private entrance. Important Amenities: • Keyless entry • (2) Driveway parking spots, street parking. • Hi-Speed wifi • Fully-stocked kitchen essentials Important Notes!! • This is our primary residence so Please show the same respect and cleanliness to my spaces as you'd expect for your own home!Please be respectful of the neighbors. • Security cameras are placed near all exterior entrances and connected to a monitored security system for guest safety. • No unauthorized guests outside of the official guest count are permitted to stay overnight at the property. This will be strictly enforced. A violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of the stay and eviction. Guest access: • Guest will be granted key pad pin to access to the house. • Guests have full access to the home except for 1 bedroom on the second floor. • Covered garage is off-limits to guests unless you are renting our Gwagon, Tesla model X or Y for use during your stay.
